Senator Francis Kiko Pangilinan, the Department of Trade and Industry and the Phil. Chamber of Commerce & Industry, have joined forces to implement projects aimed to promote the growth of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and generate livelihood opportunities in the country BPCCI implemented PROPEL for Batangas under which BPCCI was able to get the Batangas Brand Logo registed with the Intellectual Property Office to use for a strong local brand for souvenir and SME products and enhance competitiveness of Batangas products. Members may, upon application use the logo in their various products and advertisements.

PROPEL - Promoting Regional Opportunities for Enterprise and Livelihood Development
a project of Sen. Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan jointly with DTI and the PCCI aimed to promote the growth of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and generate livelihood opportunities in the countryside. Sen. Pangilinan emphasized that the overall vision of PROPEL "is to create globally competitite Philippine MSMEs by providing them with access to business opportunities; comprehensive financial and administrative support; training; as well as build the capabilities of government units and institutions that generate and implement programs for MSME development."

International Labor Organization sponsored -  Training of Trainers on Generate Your Business Idea and Start Your Own Business Program.

Philippine Action Group for Social Responsibility, Inc.
Sponsoring the registration of the group called the Philippine Action Group for Social Responsibility, Inc. to undertake (CSR) Social Responsibility Projects and organize trainings to improve the competitiveness and productivity of workers and employees including OFWs.

Usapang Pangkapayapaan, Usapang Pangkaunlaran or Up Up Batangas
In collaboration with the Rotary Club of Lipa South and the Philippine Air Force, Up Up Batangas is a radio program featuring panel discussions of relevant issues affecting peace and order and development of the locality, aired over an FM Station and DWDD Radio and taped for the local Cable TV. 

Concerned agencies who have new programs and projects are invited to be panelists and resource persons while ordinary citizens are invited to ask questions or clarify some matters.
